Dear Parent or Guardian,
COVID-19 has been challenging for families of young children in Virginia. You are invited to take a short survey about your youngest child’s care and/or education during this challenging time. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes.

Our community, the Virginia Department of Education, Virginia Early Childhood Foundation, and the University of Virginia (UVA) are working together to help Virginia families find the care and education they need for their young children. We want to hear from your family!

The survey is voluntary. You do not have to take it. The survey is anonymous. It does not ask for your name, your child’s name, or the name of your early childhood program. No one will know what you say in the survey.
